Show an indication in the voice channel when a user is currently streaming in that specific and show which user is live.
Well you can do this already, just get some red dot emoji and put it in your nickname as well as the room name before starting your stream.

This could be made better if instead of a red dot next to the username, it was either the twitch or YouTube logo.
I think that's a good idea because I'm a YouTuber and I've had a friend play copyrighted music in my video before
I need this

it should also be nice that you can see if someone is recording
Definitely. I was playing in a matchmaking gaming server, of which I was/am a rather terrible player. I didn't realise one of the other players in the channel was streaming our game and VC until way later and it put me off from returning to the server for at least a good while.
instead of green around their icon when talking it should be purple :)
Interestingly enough, the API already documents the "Game Type" called "Streaming" which would allow for this kind of feature, however, it seems to not be used.

It would also be awesome to have a confirmation before they join they have to acknowledge that they'll be broadcasted like Hangouts On air did: https://imgur.com/a/6k0Ms
