Add StreamLabs OBS to StreamerMode app detection
StreamLabs has now partnered with OBS so there is now a StreamLabs OBS release, and it would be nice if that could get also detected by Discord and turn on Streamer Mode automatically.

This feature has been annoying to deal with because I used to keep OBS running after recording and Discord wanted the streamer mode on no matter what. But it was useful. But it is already part of Discord.

This Needs to become a thing. Once Streamlabs OBS adds more useful features. It will most likely overtake standard OBS in it's use.
