The ability to listen and play things at the same time.
If you are playing a game but also listening to Spotify you should be able to have your status as "Listening to Spotify while playing (Insert title of game)" A lot of people play video games while playing Spotify so I'm sure a lot of people would love for this to be implemented.

It doesn't even have to say "Listening to name while playing name" it could just say "Playing name" and when you click on the profile then it would also show what you're listening to and so on.

True, made a photoshop manipulation, if someone wanna see how i did it, message me on Discord
well you can already do that
But what ever
I wanted to write that to. I need this.
seria legal ver o que eu jogo e o que estou escutando, as vezes sou obrigado a nao mostrar o que eu jogo para meus amigos escutarem a minha playlist comigo.
I can see how this might be done and would be best scalable when status are changed to support multiple kinds of status. Like in a SQL table where you have a fields, a user could select which field (playing/listening to) shows first on their status. If there are more than 2 things that apply, add a see more button to see everything that has been made available to report by the discord app.
Make so we can prioritize Spotify over games ourself and vice versa. Please Discord. <3
Yeah, it was definitely a design flaw to assume that listening and playing are mutually exclusive tasks.
yes pleassssssssssse this would be great
Just what I'm thinking. If we can just add another status below showing "Playing a game" then "Listening to Spotify" at the same time. You can just turn off the "Display currently running game as a status message" to show the Spotify status while playing if you want. This would be a good addition for those jamming while playing.
Please add this
PLEASE ADD THIS!
Possibly having the music you're playing(spotify) and what you're playing(games) underneath your profile tab at the same time? The game you're playing takes priority on the user list, but once you click on it, you can see both.
Maybe even custom music applications? (but only the app name, no song info and stuff)

They have said why this wont happen. Its because of lettings users listing to your song if you own spotify premium. That is against the terms and services spotify have set.
I agree, came to post the same suggestion and saw it has already been posted!
